jbcasino's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jbcasino from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
